Mindful Well Woman Yoga & Healing Retreat.
Join us for a luxury relaxing, wellness and healing retreat in the Algarve, Portugal.

This retreat offers you a sanctuary to find inner peace, healing and nurturing.

This retreat offers you a sanctuary to find inner peace, healing and nurturing. Helping
you to rebalance, rejuvenate and totally unwind, Mind, Body, Spirit.


Staying at a gorgeous traditional Portuguese villa with private pool, orchard and
tennis court. The bedrooms are deluxe and spacious with ensuite.


The retreat chef creates delicious and nutritious vegetarian and vegan food daily.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are provided. Tea, coffee and water.


Yoga and mindfulness classes are available twice daily with Catherine. Wednesday
offers a beach excursion, with morning yoga, guided meditation and brunch.
The retreat offers accommodation for a small group of women, a maximum of 7 large
bedrooms for single or double occupancy, and a twin-bedded room for two sharing.
(The twin room works well with sisters, mother- daughters and besties)
Additionally, there is 1:1 health coaching and somatic yoga session’s available with
Catherine, and holistic therapies including massage, reflexology and acupuncture
with our retreat therapist.


The retreat has been created for you to find inner peace, relaxation, nurturing and
healing in a beautiful place. You are encouraged to relax, let go, and rest. To BE
rather than DO, to nurture inner peace and enjoy the tranquillity and space this
retreat offers.


The retreat doesn’t offer trips and things to do. The emphasis is on creating a
beautiful space for peaceful relaxation, opportunity to let go of the outside busy
world, and enjoy slowing down. It is an alcohol-free retreat.
