Mindful Well Woman Yoga & Healing Retreat

Held Annually in September – The Algarve, Portugal

By booking your place at the Mindful Well Woman Yoga & Healing Retreat (“the Retreat”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

Eligibility – The retreat is open to women aged 18 and over. Participants must be physically and mentally able to take part in yoga, mindfulness, and wellness activities.
Booking & Payment – A non-refundable deposit of £200 (or the first month of a payment plan) is required to secure your place. Full payment must be completed at least 60 days before the retreat start date.
Cancellations & Refunds
- 90+ days before retreat: refund minus deposit
- 60–90 days before retreat: 50% refund (deposit non-refundable)
- 30 days or less: no refund
  If the organizer cancels the retreat, all payments will be refunded. Travel and other external costs are not covered.
No Alcohol Policy – The retreat is a strictly alcohol-free environment. Bringing or consuming alcohol is not permitted. Breach of this policy may result in removal from the retreat without refund.
Health & Responsibility – All activities are optional and undertaken at your own risk. The retreat is not a substitute for medical care. Please consult your doctor if you have health concerns.
Travel & Insurance – Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel and are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel and health insurance.
Liability – The organizer accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, or injury incurred during the retreat, except where required by law.
