Mindful Well Woman was born from the personal journey of founder Catherine Bailey, whose own experiences led her to discover a true calling, helping women reconnect with themselves in the midst of life’s daily demands. In a world that never stops, Catherine recognised how easy it is for women to lose sight of their own needs, passions, and wellbeing.
Through Mindful Well Woman, she offers a sanctuary and a supportive space where women are empowered to pause, reflect, and realign with their true selves.
Whether it's through mindful practices or compassionate guidance, Mindful Well Woman is here to remind every woman that she deserves time, care, and the chance to feel whole again.
